An individual with Master’s Degree or its equivalent academic degree is an eligible candidate for doctoral program.
A graduate of the foreign university may be granted the right to study in doctoral program in accordance with the requirements of Article 50 of the Law of Georgia on Higher Education.
An individual, with Master’s Degree in Law or its equivalent academic degree, a document certifying at least 6 months work experience, and English Language Proficiency Certificate of B2 level is eligible candidate for Doctoral Educational Program in Law. A contestant who has pursued his/her undergraduate or postgraduate studies in English does not have to submit a certificate. A candidate who cannot submit English language proficiency certificate has to pass English exam at the University Language Centre.
