Within the framework of the system of evaluation and encouragement of scientific activity, Caucasus International University, along with large grants, has developed a system of annual awards for scientists.

Since 2018, the annual evaluation system and procedures for scientific and academic activities have been introduced which are continuously developing to encourage higher-quality research activities and international visibility.

In 2023, the university awarded academic staff a bonus in the amount of 21250 Gel for their high research activity, articles published in journals indexed in prestigious international bases and success in grant competitions. In accordance with the "Rule on the Evaluation and Encouragement of Scientific-Academic Activities of Academic Staff", in 2023, an annual supplement was awarded and gratitude was expressed to 17 representatives of the university's academic staff.
