Experience:
Sesili Gogiberidze held academic and administrative positions at Tbilisi State University and Caucasus University. She was a member of the Government of Georgia, Minister of Culture of Georgia. In addition, Ms. Gogiberidze was the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. She has been awarded the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia.
Research Interests:
Sesili Gogiberidze research interests covers several areas, including: English translations of Georgian literature, international relations, intercultural relations and cultural globalization.
Sesili Gogiberidze’s dissertation thesis is English Translations of The Knight in the Panther’s Skin. She examines four translations of The Knight in the Panther’s Skin by Marjorie Wardrop, Venera Urushadze, Robert Stevenson, and Catherine Vivien. Through a comparative analysis of these translations, the dissertation explores the evolution of the translation process for The Knight in the Panther’s Skin.
On April 14, 2024, Sesili Gogiberidze was awarded by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, along with Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia, for her outstanding contribution to the protection and development of the Georgian language.
Sesili Gogiberidze has contributed to the internationalization of the university scientific projects and popularization of science at Caucasus International University since 2017.
She is one of the initiators and the head of the organizing committee for CIU scientific prize Tamar.
Shorena Kurdadze

Experience:
Shorena Kurdadze has over 8 years of experience in research grant project management and administration. She is an associate professor at the Faculty of Business and Technology of Caucasus International University. Also, Shorena is the national contact point of the "Horizon Europe" European Institute of Innovation and Technology (pillar 3: Innovative Europe) and a member of the expert corps of accreditation of higher education programs of the National Center For Educational Quality Enhancement - an accreditation expert.
Within the framework of academic-scientific activities, she has attracted a number of research or research development oriented grants, including: "Establishing a Reproducibility Network in Georgia" grant of "TIER2" funded project under "Horizon Europe"; SRNSFG - Fundamental Research state Grant; DAAD grant from the German Academic Exchange Service; SRNSFG - Young Scientist Research Funding Grant, et al. She actively participates in international scientific events and has published articles in international peer-reviewed journals.
Research Interests:
Shorena Kurdadze's scientific interests are focused on international business - cultural and geographical distance; formal institutional distance; International entrepreneurial orientation of small and medium-sized enterprises, etc. Her Dissertation thesis is - “Motivations of Direct Foreign Investments and Their Impact on the Economy of the Host Country”.
Lika Chaduneli

Experience:
Lika worked as an academic process management specialist of bachelor’s educational program in business administration (in English) and Master’s educational program in International Marketing (in English). She actively participates in international and local projects. She was an organizing committee Member of International Scientific Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Lika participates in the process of preparing financial and administrative reports of the university.
