Public Defense of Tinatin Tsinaridze’s Dissertation Thesis

The public defense of the dissertation thesis by Tinatin Tsinaridze, a doctoral student of the Educational Program in Law was held at Niko Nikoladze Hall, Caucasus International University, on January 30, 2026. The topic of the dissertation thesis was: The Allocation of the Burden of Proof in Discrimination Disputes. 

Scientific supervisors: Nino Kharitonashvili – Doctor of Law, Associate Professor at Caucasus International University. 

Official reviewers: Mate Khvedelidze – Doctor of Law, Associate Professor at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University and Caucasus University; Maya Tskitishvili – Doctor of Law, Associate Professor at Kutaisi Akaki Tsereteli State University.  

After the submission of the dissertation and completion of the relevant procedures, by decision of the Dissertation Council, Tinatin Tsinaridze was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Law.
