Registration for the Conference - “Modern Challenges in International Relations, International Law and Media”

We are pleased to announce a call for applications for the joint international scientific conference - “Modern Challenges of International Relations, International Law and Media” organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Faculty of Law of Caucasus International University, the Department of Eurasian Area Studies of Jagiellonian University (Poland), Józef Gołuchowski University of Applied Sciences (Poland), Bialystok University (Poland), Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Kazakhstan), and the STEM Analytical Research Center (Azerbaijan). 

The conference will be held in a hybrid format at Caucasus International University (Address: 73 Chargali St., Tbilisi).

The conference covers the following thematic areas:

• International Relations and Contemporary Political Processes;
• International Security in the 21st Century;
• International Law;
• Media and Modern Technologies.

Technical Requirements for the Conference:

Participation is open to doctoral students and researchers.

Working languages of the conference: Georgian and English.

Each conference participant must choose one working language and complete the registration form in that language only.

Only abstract submission is required for participation in the conference. (Abstract length: minimum 750 and maximum 1300 characters).

If desired, participants may include only one co-author (co-presenter).

A doctoral candidate must have a scientific supervisor.

Registration Deadline: January 15.

The conference will be held in a hybrid format.

Notification of Acceptance: February 9

Conference Dates: March 12-13.

Within the framework of the conference, articles will be published in a special issue of the CIU scientific journal - "International Journal of Social Sciences".

The journal accepts articles authored by scientists with doctoral degrees and PhD students.

We request that those wishing to publish articles take note that the submission deadline is April 15, 2025, at 17:00.
