An individual with Master’s Degree or its equivalent academic degree is an eligible candidate for doctoral program.

A graduate of the foreign university may be granted the right to study in doctoral program in accordance with the requirements of Article 50 of the Law of Georgia on Higher Education.

 

Individuals eligible to apply for the Doctoral Program in Law must meet the following criteria:

 

- Hold MA Degree in Law or its equivalent academic degree;

 

- A document certifying at least 2 years of work experience in the field or previous work/publication in the relevant field, participation in scientific-research projects and events;

 

- English proficiency certificate of B2 level (TOEFL, IELTS, FCE, CAE). An individual who has graduated from a BA or MA program where the language of instruction was English does not have to submit a language proficiency certificate. In case of no certificate, an applicant has to take an English exam at Caucasus International University Language Centre;
