General Course in Intellectual Property

We would like to inform you that the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia- “Sakpatenti” gives students interested in intellectual property the opportunity to take an online general course on intellectual property in Georgian language offered by the Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) - DL-101GE.

 

This course is completely free of charge, developed by Sakpatenti in accordance with Georgian law and available in Georgian language. During the course, students will gain knowledge in the following main areas of intellectual property: copyright, trademarks, geographical indications, design, patents and new varieties, intellectual property and development, unfair competition, international agreements in the field of intellectual property and more. Upon successful completion of the course, the course graduates will be awarded the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Certificates, which will enable them to take other high-level courses at the WIPO Academy in certain areas of intellectual property.
