CIU Professors’ Article Published in the Journal of the Constitutional Court of Georgia

Within the framework of the project “Legal and Technological Challenges of Implementing Digital Governance in Georgia (The Example of Estonia)”, which won the 2024 CIU Fundamental Research Grant Competition, an article titled “Legal and Technological Aspects of Digital Governance (The Example of Estonia)” was prepared and published in the journal of the Constitutional Court of Georgia - Legal Culture.

The authors of the article are: George Khatidze, Professor at the Faculty of Law of Caucasus International University (Project Manager), Zviad Gabisonia, Professor at the Faculty of Law of Caucasus International University (Key Research Personnel) and Nino Jolia, PhD Student at the Faculty of Law of Caucasus International University (Key Research Personnel).
