    CIU Is Pleased to Announce Grant Call for Science Popularization

    Caucasus International University is pleased to announce grant call for science popularization. The aim of the call is the popularization of science among wider society with the purpose of raising awareness and provoking interest in new scientific knowledge.

     

    Call Schedule:

    The project must be registered electronically from April 10, 2025 to May 16, 2025 (till 18:00).

    Project Duration: Minimum 1 month and maximum 12 months.

    Project Funding: 1,000 -10,000 GEL.

    During the electronic registration phase, the project details and all required supporting documents must be submitted via email to science@ciu.edu.ge in order to participate in the competition.

     

    Required Documentation:

    1. Project Proposal (Annex 1).
    2. Professional Biographies of key and supporting personnel involved in the project, prepared using the administrative or academic CV forms from the University Personnel Management Service (Annex 2).
    3. Project Plan and Schedule (Annex 3).
    4. Project Budget and Justification (Annex 4).
    5. Letter of consent and professional biography in Georgian of the consultant involved in the project (if applicable) (Annex 5).
    6. Project co-financing notice (if applicable) (Confirmation of material or non-financial contribution) (Annex 6).
    7. Letter of consent from another legal entity or individual agreeing to provide material and technical resources (if applicable)

     

    Obtaining at least 21 out of 25 points is a necessary but not sufficient condition for project funding.
