Scientific prize “Tamar” is named after Georgian King Tamar, the implementer of the progressive and humane policy in the Caucasus, and the patron of intellectuals and artists.
Scientific prize named after King Tamar will serve as stimuli and motivate scientists working at Caucasus International University. The above mentioned prize will encourage young scholars in implementing researches and other scientific activities.
Scientific prize is awarded annually by contest.
3 prizes will be awarded in 2017:
I prize – 3750 GEL (Gross);
II prize- 2500 GEL (Gross);
III prize – 1250 GEL (Gross) for the best young scholar of the year.
CIU academic personnel are eligible to participate in the contest for I and II prizes and CIU young scholars (CIU academic personnel or PhD students up to 35) can compete for the III prize.
